Founder & CEO
Hareth is a strategic leader with 15 years of experience in strategy, economic development, and systems design. He partners with governments, enterprises, and global firms to craft and deliver strategies that drive sustainable growth, social innovation, and strategic positioning within the UAE’s evolving market and cultural landscape.
His work spans national economic diversification, talent development, and governance reform, connecting bold vision with market-aware execution to build systems that are economically viable, socially inclusive, and culturally grounded.
A graduate of the National Experts Program and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Development Program, Hareth is passionate about the evolution of higher education and how it must transform to prepare societies for the future. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and the outdoors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
